Communication can be defined as the process of transferring information, meaning, and understanding from sender to receiver. Yet, the main purpose of communication is to clearly understand the information being given.

Diversity Awareness: This test displayed that I am sensitive to diversity issues within the workplace and school.

Intuitive Ability: I received a mediocore score of 5 out of 12. This shows that I must improve on my ability to gain more insight and perception.


Twenty-first century organizations are known for their complex tasks and objectives. Therefore, teamwork is needed to meet the organization’s goals through their diverse knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

Team Player: In a scale of 1 to 100, I scored 100. This demonstrates that I am an efficient team player.

Group Effectiveness: With a scale of 8 to 32, I scored 13. This proves that I am an effective team member.


Self-management is essential in managing one's own behavior through ethical issues, the ability to tolerate ambiguity, responsibility toward commitments, and work ethic.

We often think of leadership as the head CEOs, yet being an effective leadership can be displayed through all levels within an organization. To become an effective leader, one must be able to exert their power effectively to implement the organization's goals, while motivating people to do their tasks. Thus, the balance of maintaining these components proves that leadership is a challenging position.

Personal Decision Style: I am analytical. This shows that I am willing to consider complex situations based on ambiguous information


Professionalism refers to one's capability to be presented in a positive and managerial impression.

Self-Empowered: I scored 19 out of 20, which confirms that I take charge and make the most out of opportunities. When someone thinks I lack competence, I seek their negative aura as a challenge.

Entrepreneurship Orientation: I scored a low 55. Thus, I need to improve on my internal locus of control, high energy level, high need for achievement, tolerance for ambiguity, self-confidence, action orientation, self-reliance, and flexibility.

Managerial Assumptions: I had a 6 to 1 score when it comes to Theory Y to Theory X. Thus, I perceive people as helpful and useful.

Productivity Motivators: I received a score of 10 for psychological improvements versus a 9 for physical improvements. Thus, this explains that good relationships are extremely important to me.
